Shipping Policy
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 24-48 hours.
- Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 3-5 business days.
- Order Cancellation: Mézmoire reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability.
- Customer Intimation: In the event of a cancellation, the customer will be intimated accordingly via the provided contact details.
- Shipping Charges: Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
Exchange and Returns Policy
- No Change of Mind: In accordance with our hygiene and safety standards, returns or refunds are not allowed for a “change of mind”.
- Product Selection: Detailed perfume notes and categories are provided on each product page. Customers are advised to refer to these details before ordering.
- Tester Recommendation: If you are unsure about a fragrance, we strongly recommend ordering a 5ml Tester before committing to a full-sized bottle.
- Exchange Policy: Exchanges are strictly allowed only if the scent remains unused and in its original packaging.
- Exchange Logistics: Customers are responsible for all delivery charges associated with the exchange process.
- Damaged Goods: If you receive a damaged product, Mézmoire will send a replacement at no extra cost.
- Claim Requirements: For damage claims, pictorial and video proof of the unboxing and the defect are mandatory. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
